The BLTouch Extension cable wire colors are different than the Original cable:

Ground (Orange extension wire) connection made by connecting the extension cable 3 PIN connector to S1 on main board.

+5V (Yellow extension wire) connection made by connecting the extension cable 3 PIN connector to S1 on main board.

Signal (Green extension wire) connection made by connecting the extension cable 3 PIN connector to S1 on main board.

Zminus (Black extension wire) connection made by connecting a wire between the extension cable 2 PIN connector and solder connection to "-Z" pin on daughter board:

Ground (Blue extension wire) connection made by connecting the extension cable 2 PIN connector to the ISP ground pin:
