Add make help messages:

$ make
Usage:
  make <target>
  help             Display this help.
  install          Install the project
  guest            Build the guest binary
  run              Run the project
  test             Run the tests
  integration      Run the integration tests
  fmt              Run cargo fmt
  clippy           Run cargo clippy
  update           Run cargo update
