[ES modules] Fail to resolve specifiers that are not enlisted in package.json

Root Cause

  • Generated demo/modules.importmap is inappropriate to resolve specifiers that are not enlisted in package.json
  • Maybe an issue of @jsenv/node-module-import-map

Workaround

  • Explicitly specify all dependent modules in package.json
