feat: upgrade react to 19

Description

tl;dr Build seems to work fine, however, types are fully rekt, as many dependancies are incompatible with 19 and we are lagging behind.

⚠️ Continuous draft to identify what the roadblocks are here and what we need to tackle as separate issue. Once we're ready dependencies-wise, we can rebase and open this guy.

So far, seems like offenders are:

• react-icons (still erroring even after bump)
• react-router (we wanted to and should bump it anyway)
• RTK, and react-redux (https://redux.js.org/usage/migrations/migrating-rtk-2)
• ???
• Possibly more, list to be updated as we go
