When executing the UsageStatsLoader scheduled task, I got this error:
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Cannot access uninitialized non-nullable property PKP\statistics\PKPStatisticsHelper::$geoDataCache by reference in /home/bozana/pkp/ojs-master/lib/pkp/classes/statistics/PKPStatisticsHelper.php:206
