Performance tuning in terms of memory footprint and timing accuracy. Improved build scripts for consistency. Also fixed a false positive
IE(internal error) when trying to probe a program that has already gone. Special thanks to Richard Lobb from University of Canterbury, New Zealand for reporting this issue.
