To run the py_analyser, be in root folder and enter:
python src\py_analyser.py ./slices/[slice_name] ./slices/[patterns]or another path to the slices. However, to make the output name correct, the program expects that the slice ends with .* and has a path including a "/". With the current format these requirements are maintained.
