DS-1037 - Adjust datepicker language

Description 📄

• Includes the locale prop that is used to translate the dates of the Datepicker and Calendar components. Locale must be a valid date (navigator.language type). Using the locale as a prop maintains flexibility in the component, with the default being 'en-US'.
• Translation of the months, days of the week and the selected date displayed in the Selector.
• Maintains the 'en-US' standard, starting the dates with capital letters and displaying the month abbreviation in 3 letters in the Selector, maintaining the format 'mmm d, yyyy'.
