The ip2country Project

I started this project in 2004. It was originally hosted on my site www.weirdsilence.net - My good buddy Niklas helped think it out, and did some delphi code. When we had a severe server crash, our page never got up again, so the project kind of died. Feel free to tinker with it. Since it uses its own binary database format, it is VERY fast.
