This issue captures pending items for the volumegroupsnapshot API

  • cephfs template to enable volumegroupsnapshot functionality in external-snapshotter
  • Required RBAC for external-snapshotter
  • E2E for the volumegroupsnapshot
  • Documentation on how to create volumegroupsnapshot
  • install-snapshot script changes to create/delete new VGS CRD
  • update main readme for new functionality

@nixpanic i was planning to take care of updating the yaml files for RBAC and extra flag in external-snapshotter to enable group snapshot for both cephfs/rbd? if you are planning to handle rbd i can drop those from my plan :)
