Added custom naming functionality

As per issue #80 and @TomasKypta suggestions I've changed Settings naming field and enabled custom naming for generated members by using ${ID} and ${TYPE} for name from ID and class name respectively

For example, if you have text view in your XML and it is called "title", you can put in Naming field "${ID}_${TYPE}" and resulting generated name would be title_TextView 2017-09-05 11:04 GMT+02:00 marson <[email protected]>:
