Closes #1

This PR introduces a breaking change, with a really great idea from @benedictjohannes. Thank you so much!

  • No longer having to do multiple queries with for loop.
  • Table types definition support (15 types) and support for custom types with AddColumn

Bug fixes:

  • ReplacePlaceholder for bob.AtP is now working properly (@p1 instead of @p)
  • Thorough documentation on readme.
