Rename to EMD-Compare

The previous name was emd-falsify, but "falsification" implies more than just comparing models;
typically it is understood in the Popperian sense, which fundamentally assumes one of the models to be true.
This package is really just about comparison – the fact that we don’t assume a true model is actually a key feature.
So the new name is a better fit.
Also the new package name emdcmp is shorter and easier to type.
