Hi there, I'm Tom 👋

🌱 About me

I am a Hydrological Data Analyst at the UK Centre of Ecology & Hydrology (UKCEH). I recently completed my PhD at University College London where I studied jet streams and their connection to extreme weather.

  • Since 2025, I have been based at UKCEH working on rainfall data products
  • Between 2020 and 2024, I studied for a PhD in the Department of Geography at UCL.
  • Between 2019 and 2020, I did a few freelance jobs as a spatial data scientist and GIS software developer.
  • In 2019, I received an MSc in Spatial Data Science and Visualisation from the Centre for Advanced Spatial Analysis (CASA), UCL.
  • In 2018, I received a BSc in Geography and Geocomputation from King's College London.
