• Added standalone installer - it creates all necessary directories and environment variables by itself
  All new releases will be shipped as ZIPed DLL and as installer
• Added a draft of manual in russian
• Updated examples in order to comply with new syntax
• Added Travis-IC support. Now all commits are autotested
