Python notebooks and scripts written for the T2T-Ape species-specific MEI (Cactus callset) analysis, as well as for finding full-length L1, SVA, and Alu elements. Note: File names are being updated as the code was ran on personal computers and on the Clemson University HPC Palmetto Cluster.
