File upload/download REST API for java web projects library.

Prerequisite: -Eclipse with EGit -Maven Plugin for Eclipse

In Git Repository Exploring use Clone Repository with URL https://github.com/Laesod/binary-storage.git;
In your Eclipse Project Explorer import existing Maven project form Users->Your User->git (in case of Windows, local path can be different);
