Changed filetype for video streaming to m3u8
Changed streaming protocol from dash to hls
Minor streaming changes
Adjusted X-Plex query to use proper screen size

Removed "Original" quality from quality selection
Added background trailers to banner on MetaScreen
Added Categories to Search screen
Changed hovering of Movie / Show items
