The Troubleshooting-experimental-DWIN_SET_format_kit.zip file below can be used to completely erase the touch screen.
This is experimental. Flashing may take multiple minutes. Do not abort flashing.
Make sure you follow the general flashing instructions, including removing all files from your SD card.
