Improve examples + smoke testing

Adds a Go synthesizer example and makes a few improvements to the smoke testing tooling:

Now the smoke tests:

• Prove that all examples eventually converge
• Run the Eno controllers in real pods to test the manifest

So we can just add examples in the future to increase smoke test coverage 🚒
