I am facing an issue with the floating package, the problem is if the App is in PiP mode, and the call ends, then I can't close the PiP through code, and it applies to other screens also in to which I don't want it to apply but close right as calls ends.

There's no option in the Android's Picture-in-Picture SDK that allow to disable the PiP programmatically, see #15.

Maybe, by creating a separate activity for PiP, and then closing the activity when the call ends you'll be able to achieve your desired behaviour but it's beyond what this plugin offers.
