Elastic builds now consults the current state of the Wolfi repo to determine build order, which does not catch bootstrap errors but does prevent cycles and unsatisfiable build dependencies.
This updates the
wolfictl textcheck in this repo's CI to match elastic builds' requirements, adds some comments/help text, and hides the command since no human should ever run it or have to know about it.
