Customer issue SF case 8661 - after WEKA upgrade (3.13.4 -> 3.14.2), "weka_stats" queries return no data in prometheus and many weka-mon/graphana dashboards are blank

For example, prometheus query for "weka_overview_activity_read_iops{}" returns a datapoint successfully, but "weka_stats{}" returns "Empty query result". Additional detail/screenshots available in support case 8661.
