  • Fixed an issue where fullConfig was not passed to setTimeout in getSpareTab.
  • Wrapped ensureHotSpareTab with an arrow function to ensure fullConfig is properly passed.

When I use wave as my terminal, sometimes the setting does not work. I read the source code and found this issue

- Fixed an issue where `fullConfig` was not passed to `setTimeout` in `getSpareTab`.
- Wrapped `ensureHotSpareTab` with an arrow function to ensure `fullConfig` is properly passed.

Walkthrough

The pull request introduces a modification to the getSpareTab function in the emain/emain-tabview.ts file. The change involves updating the setTimeout implementation to use an arrow function, which ensures proper scoping and access to the fullConfig parameter. By wrapping the ensureHotSpareTab function call within an arrow function, the code guarantees that the fullConfig variable is correctly passed to the function after a 500-millisecond delay. This modification addresses potential scoping issues in the previous implementation, ensuring that the necessary configuration is available when creating a spare tab.

266-266: Great fix ensuring fullConfig is passed correctly.

Wrapping ensureHotSpareTab(fullConfig) in an arrow function properly maintains the lexical scope and fixes the previous issue of fullConfig not being captured.

What settings specifically were not getting applied, the default background? This looks like the only one that's actually supplied by fullConfig

Yes, when I create a new tabview, the fullConfig in the constructor of tabview is undefined and the background color will have problems, I have also tried to solve #1613. The zoom part of this issue may also report errors due to this.
