warp fails to run in virtualized windows environment #5919

Pre-submit Checks

Describe the bug

Warp will not run on Windows 10 or 11 virtualized using qemu, libvirt and virt-manager.
The versions of windows are 22621.1702 and 19045.2965
The error on both is the same.
"Application Error: The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application."

To reproduce

  1. On a linux host, install either Windows 10 or 11 using virt-manager.
  2. Install and attempt to run warp
