No script tag in HTML when using multiple entrypoints

Describe the bug

When using multiple HTML entrypoints with the build.rollupOptions.input array, no script tag is placed in the HTML when building the app.

This seems to only affect Windows. (it worked fine on a full Manjaro Linux installation, but was bugged under WSL)

The last good version was Vite 4.5.2.
The bug exists since Vite 5.0.0.

Steps to reproduce

1. Clone the reproduction repo
2. run npm i
3. run npm run build
4. See no script tags in the resulting html file, despite JS being used to place content on the page -> content is not loaded
