Rails 3.2.12 - Error Empty file upload result #14

Any idea how can I fix it?

My project can be found here https://github.com/bigos/chrisb-images

I have copied all relevant files from the example project and still get the error.

Does it have anything to do with this issue? blueimp/jQuery-File-Upload#2071
