Berkley mono has one that's a little less like a hand-written 7 but this font is proprietary: https://usgraphics.com/products/berkeley-mono

I really like their inverted slash for zero also

I actually modified Inter with a program called FontForge, and I use it on my Linux distro and on my web page.
The Inter Variable is soooooo beautiful, and the line in the seven number is the dot over the i.
