Wrong catch rate for Dragonair & Dragonite in Pokémon Yellow

Hi,

there's a tiny issue with the catch rates of Dragonair and Dragonite.
For Dragonair it's 27 in Yellow, 45 in Red/Blue.
For Dragonite it's 9 in Yellow, 45 in Red/Blue.
