Test: Install a plugin from the Plugin Gallery
Status: Failed

When logged in as Admin, the "Install" button is missing for the iThenticate plugin.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in as an Admin.
2. Navigate to the Plugin Gallery.
3. Observe that the "Install Plugin" button is missing.

Expected Result

There should be an 'Install' button for the plugin.

Actual Result

There is no 'Install' button for the plugin,

I think this one is caused because the versions for the plugins haven't been officially updated for the 3.6 designation. I only see 1 plugin ithenticate which lacks the install button but I don't know if it has an official package for OMP.

Not able to reproduce this locally - I think it may be an issue with the test OMP installation as I've seen some other issues there (e.g. can't make a new press), but hard to confirm without access to the logs.
