Trojan-go fatal: bind: Address already in use

Hi! This is awesome! However, Everytime I restart or reboot my VPS Trojan no longer works. I have to reinstall the script to get it working again. It looks like when I try to restart Trojan-go I get the following error:

trojan-go v0.8.3 initializing
[FATAL] 2021/04/17 07:31:20 github.com/p4gefau1t/trojan-go/proxy.(*Option).Handle:option.go:42 listen tcp 127.0.0.1:3564: bind: address already in use

As a result Trojan only works for a day or two before it stops working completely and I have to reinstall.
