Not much to explain, i wanna be able to use something like FLStudio has in their interface.
Here's a video showing it.

Do you mean the waveform? That was added in 1.7.
There are also some improvements to that mode on the master branch that haven't made it to a release yet so depending on what you're looking for exactly it might already be implemented.

I've been using it, but i kinda wish it was almost the same replica as the one in FLStudio, being able to center it instead of it waiting for volume on the bottom.
I hope im making sense?

Yeah, sounds like you just want to see more of the audio at once?
If so then the current source build fixes that.

Been checking, when do you think it will be built and released?
If no estimate thats ok.

There's a couple things I've been meaning to add before the next release that I hope to get around to Soon(TM), but if you're on mac or linux you might be able to grab a source build from the CI.

There's now a beta build that includes this change: https://github.com/phandasm/waveform/releases/tag/v1.9.0-beta1

messed with it, and the closest i could get is putting waveform in Channel Mode Stereo, but isnt what im looking for.
I do see a slight change for where the waveform is starting (the right) which is like FLStudio so that's something.
For now i've been having the Render Mode as Line.

Stereo waveform with 'solid' render mode should be exactly like what you see in FLStudio.

Are you talking about the lookahead in FLStudio? The audio in OBS is real-time so you can't see any audio you haven't already heard because it doesn't exist yet.
If you want to see the incoming audio like on the FLStudio timeline then you'd need a massive audio delay.

I tried what you mentioned, but doesn't seem right, and no not the look ahead, just the waveform on the very top beside the timer

Oh, the scope.
I tried making one before but had trouble getting it to render nicely in OBS.
I'll have to play around with the shaders and see if I can figure something out.

Just found wave-candy.com, thought i do have to capture a chrome window, but results would be so perfect with a few tweaks using your plugin.

Yeah I'm working on a long overdue rewrite of the rendering code so I can properly implement these kinds of visualizations.
It'll take some time but it should be much easier to get this working once I'm done.
