Commits on issues don't show GitHub action status

I noticed that commits on issues don't show GitHub Action status anymore.

There is only verification label.

On issues, I have a green label Preview, is this something for beta users or A/B testing?

I don't see if something is wrong, and now I got an error from Codespell workflow:
