Im a student at a school for special students.

Hello everyone, i am a student but i cant seem to actually verify it on github :/. I am from a school for students that have (i dont nessecarily wanna say "Special Needs" but it basically is, think more of autism, adhd, etc...) we dont have a school portal or anything to really verify it. We use microsoft office and ive tried everything to get myself verified but nothing seems to work. I dont know what to do from here. I have looked at the other discussions and ive found simmilar problems, but most discussions about this just get ignored. I am an student unable to prove that i am a student because the verification system is janky. I cant switch to my back camera on my phone wich already makes it hard to snap a picture of my computer screen.

If you have a school-issued email (e.g., [email protected]), you can use it to verify your student status for the GitHub Student Developer Pack. Here's how:

Go to the GitHub Student Developer Pack page → GitHub Education
Click "Get the Pack" and sign in to your GitHub account (or create one if needed).
Enter your school email when prompted.
Check your school inbox for a verification email and confirm it.
Complete the application and submit it—GitHub will review and approve if everything checks out.

Heya! Thank you ALOT for reaching out to me to come and help me. I clicked on that link and its the same page after i log in, its just where i have to select my school and after that send an photo of proof. I cant seem to find anywhere where i can enter my school email. I dont really understand if you mean that my account has to be created with my school email orrr...

And since theres no proof option that matches what you said

And during the process of logging in when clicking on the button to get the pack, i was not prompted for a school mail.
