Thanks for your reply, I plan on contacting support directly and ask my school to provide a written confirmation of my admission, but I can't seem to figure out how to contact the support team, some assistance would be appreciated |

Hi @natimerry Please re-read your rejection reasons. Even if you submit multiple pieces of evidence we won't be able to cross reference them if you have no billing/profile information.
You will need to provide to the support team evidence that your school does not supply academic emails anymore because our records confirm it did. Hope this helps. |
