hello there! i pushed my commit on github through vscode cmd last night and its not shown in my github repo yet. i have cross verified that i have defenitely pushed the commit and log and everything is there(in vscode terminal) but its not shown in my github repo page. and i lost my 74 days commit streak cz of that too(shi hurts) : (

It sounds like your push may not have actually reached GitHub or is stuck for some reason. Try the following steps:

Check Remote URL: Run git remote -v in VS Code’s terminal to confirm you're pushing to the correct repository.
Check Branch Status: Use git status to see if your changes are up to date.
Verify Push on GitHub: Run git log --oneline --graph --decorate --all to check if your commit is on the remote branch.
Force Fetch & Check Remote: Run git fetch origin and then git branch -r to list remote branches.
Push Again: Try git push origin explicitly. If necessary, use git push --force (only if you're sure nothing will break).
Check for Detached HEAD: If git branch shows you're in a detached state, you may need to reattach it (git checkout main or git switch main).
GitHub Actions Delay: Sometimes, GitHub UI takes time to reflect new commits. Try clearing your browser cache or checking in a private tab.
