看了下 Windows-rs的文档 ,完全没有任何API的说明 ,全是纯接口 , 你是如何理解到这些API 如何使用 的

相关API直接看微软官方文档，很详细，直接google相关方法名称，进入到官方文档即可

微软 属实够恶心的, 一个 rust 绑定, 还得一个个API去找文档
