Need to simplify these. Many similar within code

tokyo-listings/tokyo-listings-server/app/controllers/listing.controller.js

parsedAddress: util.removeNullProps(await util.parseAddress(p.address, null))

Removed util.removeNullProps entirely from tokyo-listings-server.

This function only remains in tokyo-listings-frontend. Need to further investigate.
