Can't get ktra to work

Just wondering if anyone can give me some pointers. I've tried to get ktra to work for me on Windows and WSL, on different machines and with different databases, with local and remote paths, private and public repositories, on different host ip's. But on all configurations, the server just returns the following when I'm trying to communicate with it:

{"errors":[{"detail":"resource or api is not defined"}]}

I haven't tried building from source, as I'm not overly comfortable yet with Rust, which is why I'm trying setting up ktra in the first place. :-) Is there anything obvious I'm missing?
