Customizable background blur view height

Hi,

I've recently discovered your project, and it's really neat!

I do have a suggestion, however: is it possible to implement a feature such that the background blur view height can be customized so that it can only fill the total height of the macOS menu bar, or even disable the background blur?

My primary motivation for this is that I like looking at my background sometimes, and I wouldn't want it obscured by a background blur (even though I think blurs are aesthetically pleasing).

I might also try and implement this feature in a PR if I can, though I don't have much experience in Swift.
