Verify operation of CF Standard Names in mmisw.org, it looks like it isn't getting the most current revision

Maybe cf2rdf is (trying to) using an expired API key or credentials? The initial inspection would be there. (instruction in the repo: https://github.com/mmisw/cf2rdf)
