Add in a 'profile' structure - template for 'connection'.
So we can include 'localhost'/9001 and (say) 'broker.hivemq.com/8000' , rather then user having to type it.

(Also useful to include 'broker.hivemq.com' or any other public MQTT servers - since it allows for easier testing without the user having to install a local broker).
