Additional context

I tried the following method:

  • Reinstallation Visual Studio.
  • Reinstallation vcpkg.
  • Install English language packs to Visual Studio.

CMake Error at D:/vcpkg/downloads/tools/cmake-3.30.1-windows/cmake-3.30.1-windows-i386/share/cmake-3.30/Modules/CMakeTestCXXCompiler.cmake:73 (message):
  The C++ compiler

    "D:/Visual Stuido/Product/VC/Tools/MSVC/14.43.34808/bin/Hostx64/x64/cl.exe"

  is not able to compile a simple test program.

Looking at the error message, it should be a problem with VS, not a problem with vcpkg.
