Description

The S&F module uses directed messages to send down messages a user missed. With the new next hop routing, the potential channel util increase is reduced because necessary retransmissions are removed.

I think this could indeed be considered.
A side-effect of this restriction is actually that people are staying on older firmware or are using a BBS with the same functionality, but which is way more inefficient as it e.g. denotes the sender in the text payload and creates ACKs on each received message as well.
