[Bug]: Remote admin keys clear themselves on power loss

Description

I had configured a node with 2 admin keys yesterday.

Tested, they were working.
Today I swapped batteries in the node with the admin keys, tried to remote manage a few hours later and found the keys had disappeared.

Seems to happen even without a power loss.
5 days later after zero powerloss (and a successful management command sent earlier) and the device has cleared itself of public admin keys.
