Startcode from wiki does not work in Cura

Hello,

i spent some time to find the error:

If you use the Startcode from wiki in a new installed Cura, the printer does not work correctly.
In the detail the extruder does not work, the error cold extrusion prevention is shown.

The reason is that in the Startcode "M109 S{material_print_temperature_layer_0}", but in Cura 5.3.1 as default the temperture of layer 0 is zero and you don't see this in the basic profile.

Please add to the wiki that the user has to control this in Cura.
