cd xrd_decosmic
pip install -e .

Usage

python -m xrd_decosmic.main

• File - Load Data - Select first image in the series
• File - Load Parameters (Optional)
• Start
• Select plot type
• Plot
• File - Save Data - Select folder to save
• File - Save Parameters (Optional)

Notebook

notebook/example.ipynb

change file name accordingly, just specify the first image in series

windows:

fileName = "P:/user/Your-Name/Your-Project/Your-Image.tif"

jupyter hub:

fileName = "/project/ag-nickel/user/Your-Name/Your-Project/Your-Image.tif"
