Management of multiple agents

As an IT operator, I would like to attach an extended OTel agent with different configurations to several applications to be able to instrument specific classes.

Showcase: different parts of PetClinik are equipped with different instrumentation.

Acceptance criteria:

• Multiple applications can be equipped and started with OTel agents with different configurations
• The agents are visible in InspectIT Gepard UI and can be selected for instrumentation
• A class can be entered and instrumented in UI
• After an interaction with the applications, a proof of instrumentation is visible
• The configuration is persistent both in agents (restart from the application) and on UI (navigate on the page)
