in MATRX https://vocab.ices.dk/?codetypeguid=d5735331-b24e-4141-b691-279efbbf3974
we have concepts
ST stomach
IN Intestine
CD Central digestive tract
DG Digestive gland

For all of them, it is unclear if only the actual tissue is meant, or the content too. To start with, we need two separate concepts for stomach, intestine, GIT, and their contents each. (Stomach - pirority)
Two last ones are quite unclear - need better description.

Identify codes that would require tissue, content and both codes
Check data in the database with those codes
Contact MCWG and relevant experts to see if data in the database can be attributed to one of tissue or both.

for matrx CD/DG/ST/IN only this is found in DOME:

SPECI RLIST MATRX PARAM MUNIT BASIS
Limanda limanda   ITLN  IN (looks like subepithelial layer of the intestinal wall is meant)    GLUG STE (glugea parasites - The agent develops intracellularly in a wide range of hosts, transforming the infected host cells into specific structures called xenomas)    AFNR  NULL

Propose to keep the ST and IN to describe the tissue in organs
CD - deprecate? and create GIT?
DG - improve the description to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hepatopancreas

add new codes for content in ST and IN
Add new codes for ST and IN as organs with content
