Does anyone else get this error, in-browser, from the report generated with disc?

Yes. Just using this for the first time.

There seem to be loads of random characters in the javascript.

The first one Chrome barfs over is ¤ 😕

I'm on Windows 10 x64, using Node v4.2.4

don't try to open the disc.html file directly => the "invalid character" error will occur

best is to add an "-O" at the end of the statement (discify bundle.js > disc.html -O), then you'll see the html will get served by a little webserver (localhost:12999) and everything will work (npm-version 1.6.0) :)
